Product Introduction

This product is Virgin Grade Nylon 6 Semi-Dull Staple Fiber, manufactured from high-quality virgin Nylon 6 chips through melt spinning, drawing, crimping, heat setting, and cutting processes. It offers stable physical properties and excellent processing adaptability.

1. Physical Properties

• Fineness & Length: 1.2D x 38mm, a standard cotton-type fiber specification, with fineness and length similar to cotton fibers, making it suitable for processing on cotton spinning equipment.

• Luster: Semi-Dull, providing a soft and natural appearance—neither too shiny nor completely matte—making it the most commonly used luster type in textiles.

• Virgin Grade: Produced from 100% virgin Nylon 6 chips, free from recycled materials, ensuring fiber purity, stable strength, and uniform dyeing performance.

• Strength & Elongation: Breaking strength ≥ 4.5 cN/dtex, elongation at break controlled within 40-60%, balancing the strength and flexibility required for spinning processes.

• Crimp Properties: Moderate crimp number provides good inter-fiber cohesion, ensuring uniform carding and web formation while reducing breakage rates during spinning.
