The High Quality Recycled Black Polyester Staple Fiber 3D × 51mm is an eco-friendly, cost-effective synthetic fiber manufactured from post-consumer or post-industrial PET waste (such as plastic bottles, packaging materials, or polyester textile waste). Each parameter represents a key characteristic:

• High Quality – Indicates consistent fiber properties including uniform denier, precise cut length, minimal contamination, good tensile strength, and reliable processing performance. High-quality recycled fiber meets stringent industry standards and performs similarly to virgin polyester in most nonwoven and textile applications.
• Recycled – Produced from recycled PET materials, reducing landfill waste, conserving petroleum resources, and lowering carbon footprint compared to virgin polyester. This makes the product an environmentally responsible choice for sustainable manufacturing.
• Black – Color is integrated during the extrusion process using black masterbatch or recycled black PET sources. The black color is permanent, uniform, and does not fade or bleed during washing or processing. This eliminates the need for post-dyeing, saving water, energy, and chemical usage.
• 3D (3 Denier) – A medium-fine fiber that provides good balance between softness, strength, coverage, and filtration efficiency. It offers sufficient surface area for effective bonding while maintaining flexibility and a comfortable hand feel in finished products.
• 51mm Length – A medium-long fiber length that provides excellent entanglement, good tensile strength in yarns and nonwovens, and improved dimensional stability. This length works well for carding, needle punching, airlaid, and spunlaced processes.
• Polyester Staple Fiber – Offers good mechanical properties including high tensile strength, excellent abrasion resistance, good chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, quick drying, UV resistance (depending on carbon black content), thermal stability, and dimensional stability.
